Context menu is not appearing for the draw signature option alone

Changes to be made in the current behaviour:

1. Signature field should allow only the DELETE option in the context menu. All other options that is appearing in the type and upload options must be hidden.

2. The signature options draw, type, and upload should have the context menu with DELETE options.

3. This is applicable to initials too.

4. The context menu should appear only if there is any signature or initial in the field.
