Provision to set default report in FetchReport event

To retrieve saved reports, the event FetchReport will be triggered in the Pivot Table component. Its argument class FetchReportArgs contains the information required to retrieve the report names from local storage and populate the dropdown list in the toolbar UI.

But currently we don't have any option to set the default report via event. To accomplish this, we need to include an additional option in the FetchReportArgs to set the report name in order to load its report settings rather than the current report in the pivot table.
