[Android] Handle WindowSoftInputMode.AdjustResize in XForms DataGrid

In SfDataGrid, While editing the GridCell with WindowsSoftInputMode.AdjustResize in Xamarin.Forms.Android , SFDataGrid not getting resized properly so need to handle the resizing logic with WindowSoftInputMode.adjustResize in XForms DataGrid.
