Translucent PDFBrushes don't work. Alpha channel is being ignored

PdfSolidBrush(PdfColor(0, 0, 0, 0)) creates a fully transparent brush, however, PdfSolidBrush(PdfColor(0, 0, 0, 20)) creates a fully solid brush instead of a translucent brush
