HtmlToPdfConverter expects AWS package on Azure Linux Service App

We upgraded to the latest version of SyncFusion.HtmlToPdfConverter.Linux nuget package from version 20.3.0.61 and upon publishing the changes to the Azure Linux Service App, the following error started showing up in the logs:

Syncfusion.Pdf.PdfException: Blink files are missing at /home/site/wwwroot/BlinkBinariesAws
   at Syncfusion.HtmlConverter.BlinkConverter.Convert(String url)
   at Syncfusion.HtmlConverter.HtmlToPdfConverter.Convert(String url)
   at Syncfusion.HtmlConverter.HtmlToPdfConverter.Convert(String url, PdfLayoutResult& layout)

Reverting back to version 20.3.0.61 resolved the problem.
