Icon font weight overwritten in tab component

Using FontAwesome icons, the new Tab of the 4 version overwrites  font-weight, which leads to changing icon effects (solid -> regular), when selected. 

Small css workaround to fix it:

.fa-solid, .fas {
    font-weight: 900 !important;
}

Would be better if the Tab css would not affect the font-weight.
