Redraw problem during drag and drop operation when DropAbove or DropBelow are excluded as drop target

If the control is prevented from dropping an item above or below an item, the control will not redraw properly to remove the target highlight for dropping on an item.

Empty

To reproduce the problem, follow these steps:

  1. Run the attached sample app.
  2. Drag a 2nd level item such as "Samsung" to above "Mobile or below "Watch". The cursor changes properly but the items "Mobile" or "Watch" will not redraw to remove the highlight when the mouse leaves.
