Quick info popup not rendering correctly in React 18

Usually, when open the quick info popup in the scheduler, the bottom of the window will align itself with the bottom of the calendar if need be. However, in react 18 the quick info window is now going below the calendar.

But in React 17 it's working correctly.

Issue replicating steps:

  1. Run the sample
  2. Click the bottom of the cell. quick info does not show properly.
