Provide support for Enable Persistence in Dialog

Feature Description:

When using draggable and resizing Dialog, need to keep the component’s state across page refreshes or navigation. So, provide support for the Enable Persistence property in Dialog control.

 

Current Behavior:

After dragging and resizing the Dialog component, its state doesn't persist across page refreshes or navigation.

 

Expected Behavior:

After dragging and resizing the Dialog component, its state should persist across page refreshes or navigation.


Note: Need to maintain the position(x,y), width and height of the Dialog to maintain the state persistence property
