Provide support to accept the entire row/column as cell range to the formulas

Provide support to accept the entire row/column as cell range to the formulas. 

For example: 

=SUM(A:A) - Sum of entire cell values of column A ; 

=SUM(A:B) - Sum of entire cell value of the column A and B.

=SUM(1:1) - Sum of 
entire cell value of the 1st row.

=SUM(1:2) - Sum of 
 entire cell value of the 1st & 2nd rows.
