Editable Pdf data lost after every two pages

While scrolling up and down, PDF fields data is getting lost after every two pages. Data sustains only on two pages at a time.

Like, If I have entered data on Page 1 and I have scrolled to Page 3 or 4 then First page data will get removed on scroll up. Similarly, if I have entered data in page 5 and I scroll down again from Page 2, then 5th page data will get lost
