Display the trackball with pointer up while activation mode is set to singleTap

Need to display the trackball with pointer up instead of pointer down while activation mode is set to single tap.


Current Behavior:

When the activation mode is set to singleTap, the trackball displays with the pointer down. As a result of the conflict between the chart and the PageView gesture, the chart retains the touch gesture instead of the page view while swiping to the next page.


Proposed Behavior:

When the trackball activation mode is singleTap, the trackball should display with the pointer up.
