NumericTextBox value not updated with reactive forms

When using NumericTextBox in reactive forms, value is not updated on pressing "enter" key. Please check this sample - https://stackblitz.com/edit/angular-h2kxrc-oexrou?file=template-driven-form.html

Issue can be reproduced in individual NumericTextBox sample also - https://stackblitz.com/edit/angular-p4tmnu-twsnjc?file=src/app/app.component.ts. Check the value in keypress event, it is not updated.
