Setting custom background/foreground toolbar colors causes the site to scroll down on initial render

Hi,

we set custom foreground and background colors to RichTextEditor's color picker to match our application's style, but doing so causes the whole page to scroll down.

Here is a sample (uses 20.2.44 but it still happens with the latest release):

If you comment out line 56/57 it won't scroll.
