Change event does not trigger when we set value and data source dynamically

when updating the dynamic value to the component the value change event does not trigger after upgrading to the 20.2.43 version onwards.

Replication procedure:

Expected: after an update, the second component value the second component change event will trigger.

Output: after an update, the second component value as dynamically the change event does not trigger.
