Provide a support for rendering a Slider component in a reversible order

When our Slider component is rendered in a vertical orientation, the minimum slider handle is positioned at the bottom and the maximum handle is placed at the top.

Now, need to provide a support to render the Slider component in a reverse format (Like - the maximum handle is at the bottom and the minimum handle is at the top)
