Support to hide / separator from the bottom bar, further customizations of PdfViewer

I have used the documentation to hide elements from the bottom bar. However, the / separator from the page counter remains, even when the following are set:


DocumentView.Toolbar.SetToolbarItemVisibility("page-entry", false);
DocumentView.Toolbar.SetToolbarItemVisibility("page-count", false);


I would also like to be able to hide the bottom bar entirely and move the save button of the top bar from the "more options" menu to the bar itself.
