Provide the ItemHeight/Row height support for DropDownItems in SfAutocomplete and SfComboBox

Use case:

From the customer ticket, 

On a phone with small fonts, the SfComboBox Dropdown list has too little vertical separation between items, making it very difficult to select the intended one. 

With the item height property, we can increase the item height and make it easier to select the items from the drop-down list.
