Support embedding subsets of fonts

It would be useful to be able to embed subsets of fonts in PDFs as it can shrink the PDF's size. 

One possible method could be a percentage usage rate. If a font is used below a set percentage, then the font would be embedded as a subset, if it's above the set percent, then the entire font can be embedded into the document.
