Add ExportToPDF to CardView

I am surprised that you do not have a function on the CardView control for exporting or printing the CardView. I am surprised because this seems to be an obvious functionality that this control should have given that it is used to display card records which beg to be displayed and printed.
Please consider adding this functionality as soon as possible.
