SEARCHING SINGLE RECORD

In SFDATAGRID for at the All Columns when filter is activated, it will show one icon after field name and on selecting this icon it is showing all records with search option. 

The Problem is If I have One Lac Record and Want to search particular fields values record, after selecting filter option, I have to wait till all the one Lac Records update in Filter option, for which I have to wait for a longer time...


Instead of this.. I suggest as per below

At the Columns Header in First Record give option for search where for every column there is search option according manual entered value, records will be auto filtered. 

In shortly like Filters but without all records populated.
