Performance issue occurred when dynamically adding more than 100 markers in Xamarin.Forms UWP

Replication Steps:

  1.   Initially add two markers in maps.
  2.   Add 100 markers dynamically through button click.
  3. After a long time (i.e about 3 min)markers will be displayed.
