Unhandled exception from Diagram DoubleClick

Double clicking on the thin black horizontal line in a diagram produces an ArgumentOutOfRangeException. I tried attaching the .edd file so that you could reproduce it, but this reporting dialog does not allow that type.

Also, I don't know why this shows as a "Feature Request". This is a bug, but I don't see how to change this.
