Programmatically adding or removing the node affects their parent nodes checkbox state

We need that parent nodes checkbox state gets updated when we programmatically change checked items collection. 

For example if we 

programmatically set checked items collection in a way that some child nodes are selected we expect parent node checkbox to change in partially selected state.
