Error in ExportAsBase64Image when URL length > 250

In the attached project you'll see that if the QR Code URL length is >250 you get an error.  The QR code display just fine on the screen, and you can export to a downloadable file it still works.  It's only when exported a QR code to base64 that this issue presents itself.  In my case, my url has a long encrypted string at the end and I'm going longer than 250


In the project:

Click the first button for exactly 250 characters and it works fine, click it as many times as you'd like and it will continue to work.

Click the next button for 251 characters.  It may work the first time, but often doesn't in my production code, but if you click it again the site restarts itself.
