Table Cell with rotated text loses rotation when viewed in document editor

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a new Document in MS Word
  2. Create a new Table
  3. Enter some text in the table
  4. Rotate the text
  5. Save the document
  6. Load the saved document in the Document Editor

Expected: The text should display rotated
Actual: The text is displayed normal
