Exception was thrown when serialize the control as XML string

The PivotGrid control provide various options to serialize the control like memory stream, XML document and XML string. When user try to serialize the control as XML string using SeriaizeXmlString() method, it throws an exception in their application. Initially we have used the XmlSerializer class to serialize the control into XML string. But now we have changed the XmlSerializer into DataContractSerializer to serialize the control based on different options. Hence we have faced an exception, which is, unable to cast the serializable object while serializing the control as XML string.
