Need to provide support for GetFilteredRecordsAsync() method

Currently, we do not have support for GetFilteredRecordsAsync() method in Gantt Chart. Need to provide that support.

This method will get all filtered records from the Gantt and it returns array of objects for the local dataSource, returns a promise object if the Gantt has remote data.
