Unable to hide the grippers in toolbar

Using the gripper in ToolBarAdv control, we can perform the dock and float operations. We can change the visibility of grippers by using the "GripperVisibility" property. But when setting the gripper visibility either as collapsed or hidden, overflow button got collapsed instead of grippers which is the invalid case to be solved.
