HTML to PDF Generator - Blink framework - Renders no Text on second generation of report

We are utilzing 

Syncfusion.HtmlToPdfConverter.Blink.Net.Core.Aws nuget to perform HTML to PDF Conversion.

We notice that with recurring generation of reports, the report output is inconsistent (missing all the generated text). We are attaching a sample application and sample HTML files to demonstrate the issue.

Could you provide an ETA on investigating the issue or if this is a known issue reported in the past?
