Combobox is not visible on ListView DataTemplate

Replication Procedure

1. Set ListView ItemSource as like below code

listView.ItemsSource = new[]

{ "a", "b", "c", "a", "b", "c", "a", "b", "c" }

;
On the output, scroll the listview,

Expected output :
Combo box has to be in the view.

Actual output :
Combo box is not visible on the view when the listview get scrolled
