Improve the user experience of Maps in mobile device

The user experience of the Maps component in the mobile device must be improved. The zooming operations are not smooth in the android mobile edge browser. While panning the online map providers, the images are not loaded properly in some instances.

Please find the sample and video to replicate the issue.
