SFDataGrid column index is incorrect after dragging it

In SfDataGrid.QueryColumnDragging when we are getting QueryColumnDraggingEventArgs.To value it turns out to be the same when dragging to the last index and second to last index. This makes them indistinguishable.
For example:

with 5 columns ordered like so

1 2 3 4 5 -> 2 3 4 1 5 this results in QueryColumnDraggingEventArgs.To = 5

1 2 3 4 5 -> 2 3 4 5 1 this results in QueryColumnDraggingEventArgs.To = 5
