Gantt chart loading issues

The gantt chart is loading much slower than a few versions ago, and it lets you scroll farther than expected on first load, probably caused by the grouping. 

The vertical lines are also missing until one of the items is moved using the mouse.

When moving an item with the mouse it automatically expands that group, even though it's dragged not clicked.


It seems as though these issues are present at least as far back as the last main release, 20.3.47
