Unable to drag and drop when dependency is mapped

When Virtualization is enabled with dependency, row drag and drop does not working properly after scrolling.

  1. Run the sample https://stackblitz.com/edit/angular-mcyyzf-dbopbw?file=data.ts,app.component.ts,app.component.html.

  2. Perform scrolling and try to drag and drop any records, it will throw an error.
