Unable to restore dependent NuGet package of Synfusion.EJ2.MVC5

Synfusion.EJ2.MVC5 NuGet package get failed to restore the dependent package. It throws the below error while restoring.

Error:

Unable to restore dependencies. Newtonsoft.Json 12.0.1 is not compatible with "Synfusion.EJ2.MVC5 16.4.0.42"
