ValueChanged event called continuously on SfAutoComplete

Replication Procedure


1. Tap on the autocomplete control and type c
2. Select any one item from the drop down.

Actual Behaviour:
Value changed has been called continuously

Expected Behaviour:
Value change has to be called only once.
