Outline spacing depends on cellSpacing and not configurable

When you try to resize a tile, it creates an outline that reaches the next tiles (shown with red rectangles). It is ok for smaller tile spacing.

But for bigger spacing, it looks awful and creates a false feeling of incorrect tile size (because this selection is much bigger than the actual tile).

My use case requires cellSpacing= {100, 50}, but the outline to be only 2-5 px bigger than the tile itself (tile spacing like in the last screenshot, but outline spacing like in the first screenshot), is it possible to achieve such a thing?


Easily reproducible: add CellSpacing="new double[] { 100, 100 }" to dashboard layout and resize tile.
