I have been using the Contact Us, Forum and Feedback portals for a while now and have observed some differences / issues with the feedback portal when compared with the other two.  I have appreciated the prompt and relevant responses I have received, but have some suggestions that should improve the user experience.  

Following are some suggestions for the feedback portal.

  1. Send emails on My Feedback items as per email preferences.  At present, I do not get notified of comments on Feedback items.
  2. Allow Editing of Feedback in a similar way to the forum after posting. (see screenshot following) EDIT NOTE:  I just now noticed the cog on the top right of the feedback list that allows editing!  Perhaps adding the Edit / Reply / Delete hyperlinks on the bottom of the feedback might make it a bit more obvious though.
  3. Improve the Code format type.  It currently will not allow pasting of fully formed html elements and makes it difficult to document the bugs.  The Forum code editor works much better.

Another suggestion relates to the Contact Support / Ticket portal.  It would be good to have an option to make a ticket public or private.  I have had a number of tickets that I have received very valuable feedback from Syncfusion on, but I don't think that they are available for searching by others.  I tend to just use the Forum now since it is public, even though the Tickets are probably a better and more structured medium.
