TreeViewComponent component is not fully accessible

Accessing 

https://ej2.syncfusion.com/react/documentation/samples/tree-view/basic-cs2/index.html and running SiteImprove, the component is not conforming to accessibility standards.

Update - Have installed version 20.3.58 and I am still seeing accessibility issues (attached) on our usage of tree view.
