Signature and initial fields should allow changing its border thickness

Adding a new signature or initial field shows its borders on downloading the PDF document. This is the default behavior of form fields in the PDF Viewer. However, the thickness can be modified for all the form fields except the signature and initial fields. This property needs to be exposed for the signature and initial fields, where the thickness can be modified if needed without affecting its default behavior.
