Disable the multiple cell selection on dragging in the HeatMap control

Currently, we support multiple cells selected on dragging. Please find the sample below.

REQUIREMENT: We need to add support for disabling multiple cell selections via keyboard navigation, mouse dragging, and touch and allow only single selection.
