showAddButton not displaying when no cards available

Hi,

I've noticed that when the `showAddButton` option in the columns is activated, if none of the columns have any cards to show, the add button is not displayed and hence, no first card can be added.


When no cards are loaded:

Empty

When at least one card is loaded:

Empty
