Row Deselecting event not triggers properly when multiselecting row

Bug description:

Deselection events not triggered  properly after multi-select row

​Replication:

  1. Run attached sample 
  2. Select any two rows by clicking the ctrl key.
  3. Select any other row without clicking the ctrl key.
  4. Previously selected 2 rows to get deselected. But the deselected event is triggered only for a single record.
