Provide gesture detection support for all builders

Current behavior: When placing gesture widgets inside the tooltip, data label, and legend builder in cartesian, circular, funnel and pyramid charts, the gestures will not be detected on interaction.


Proposed behavior: Need support to detect all gestures in builders when using gesture widgets.
