SfRating sliding interrupted in scrollview

When using an SfRating control inside of a StackLayout in a ScrollView, If I am sliding left or right on the rating to change it, if I move at all on the Y-axis, the scrollview takes over and I have to re-click the rating to interact with it. The rating should work inside of a scrollview, even if the touch gesture moves in a slight Y direction.
