ISlide.ConvertToImage does not preserve Slide Format Background Transparency setting

When exporting a Slide with Format Background Transparency set to 100%, the background in the resulting EMF is solid white rather than transparent when using the ISlide.ConvertToImage method.  When exporting the same Slide to EMF in MS PowerPoint, the background is transparent as expected.
