Create a location input component

I ask my users to enter their location for my application, having a Blazor component to generate their specified latitude and longitude would be great.  Ideally, they could specify their location via the browser API, or by adding their What3Words location, or by them specifying their latitude and longitude directly. The component would then make the latitude and longitude available to the program using it.
