To improve the data label alignment in pie chart series when there is only one pie data point visible

Current behavior - Currently, the data labels get rendered at the center of the pie slice in the Pie chart and due to this, when there is one data point visible, the data label gets rendered at the bottom part of the pie as it is the center of that pie slice.

Proposed behavior - To provide improvement to render the data label in the center of the pie chart when there is only one pie data point visible
