Blazor Grid - Observable Data - Does not Work with EditMode.Batch or SelectionMode.Both or SelectionMode.Cell

Hi,

I was working with the Observable Data sample on the demo page and I found that the observable behaviour did not work if EditMode.Batch or SelectionMode.Both or SelectionMode.Cell.
